Kate's First Hawaii Trip

Kate and I went to Oahu for almost a week with my parents. My cousins, Aimee, Zsa Zsa and Pola and their significant others came, too. We attended my cousin, Ben's wedding and did some sightseeings, too. I took 200 pictures but I'm only posting a few of them. We went snorkeling at Hanauma Bay but haven't developed those pictures yet since I used a disposal waterproof camera. Kate went in the water but she didn't want to stick her head down to look at the fishes.

We stayed in Waimanalo. It's on the east side of Oahu. Here's a view from the back of the beach house.

We went to see Playhouse Disney Live Tour at the Orleans. Denise and baby Elysse came w/ us and it was Elysse's first show.

Kate will be playing soccer this Fall w/ her bestfriend, Mia. We cannot wait to see them play. They start practice this Thursday. Their first game is Sat. October 4th. There are 12 kids in their team and 8 are girls. Hmm...we gotta see how it'll go.

After going to 4 different sporting good stores, I finally found shoes, shinguards and ball for Kate. I wanted to get her the pink shinguards too but the last store didnt' have her size. I didn't want to visit another store. I like the black/silver shin guard. I think the pink would've been "too pink"..heehee.

Here are pictures of Kate trying on her soccer gears in her pajamas. She won't get her jersey and shorts till the first game.

My New Beddings!

I just had to take a picture of my new beddings and post it. I just love it because it's the same color as the new Stampin' Up! In Color called Baja Breeze!!!

Labor Day Weekend '08

The girls had so much this past Labor Day Weekend. First, we went to visit Kate's Ninang (Godmother) Rachelle and her family staying at the Tahiti Village. The girls were swimming and playing on the sand. They spent over an hour just playing on the sand. I promised to take them to Newport Beach again when we go to OC in two weeks.

Then on Saturday night, the went to a Ethan's 4th birthday party. The girls were swimming again. Though they had a fun weekend, they were miserable for a couple days after that. They caught a cold but they're better now.

Keith (Jim) and Marjo's Summer Vacation

Kate & Kaylee's Summer Vacation

Kate and Kaylee stayed w/ their Grandma Isa and Grandpa Jorge (Marjo's parents) for a week while their parents went on a "real vacation".

The girls enjoyed a morning swim at Newport Beach, CA. It was Kaylee's first time to play on the sand so she wasn't liking it very much.
